Four Herbs Digestion Improvement Soup (健脾四神汤)


Good for lungs nourishment to improve blood circulation and respiration, improves digestive system, prevent diarrhea.
It is also suitable for those with poor appetite, poor digestion, and absorption, diarrhea, or loose soft stools.

Wild Chinese Yam @ Huai Shan,   White Lotus Seeds, Gorgon Fruit @ Qian Shi, Poria (grain/ slice), Red Dates.

Cooking method

1  After rinsing all the ingredients, set aside.
2 Set aside goji berry**, put all ingredients into water (1.5 – 2 liters), and set high heat till boiling. Then turn to low heat and cook for 1.5 hours.
3 Seasoning with salt according to your preference, and let it boil for minutes before serving.
Goji Berry to be added 10 mins before serve.
